According to Keith, “We strive to produce the highest quality baked goods from only excellent ingredients. We use predominantly organic flour and ingredients whenever possible.  We source many of our ingredients from local sources.  Flour from the Champlain Valley, eggs and dairy from nearby farms, potatoes, maple syrup and seasonal produce are all sourced locally.  Loaves and pastries are handcrafted in small batches, allowed to ferment slowly for maximum flavor then baked and sold the same day. We are a family oriented business and will always strive for balance between both.”
