Hey [firstname,fallback=Guy's],
Its cold. We can likely agree on that. There are many tried and true ways to warm yourself on a cool spring day…may we suggest gathering together with your friends and neighbors, purchasing the foods and flora of local farms, listening to the sounds of musical wonderment, and being part of one of the greatest things unfolding in our neighborhood. Come to the market, embrace that which is real, and warm yourself…deeply.
Help us welcome back Fred and Sue from Honeyhill Farm in Livonia this week (the chickens aren’t ready yet, but they’ve got plenty of garlic greens for that true spring flavor!). And keep checking back as each week more of our regular vendors from last year will be making their way back into the market alley! See you there!
Music at the Market
This week the young, energetic and talented Sadie Frank will be under the shade (or shelter) of the music tent providing the sweet sounds of spring at the market! Hailing from Rochester NY, Sadie A. is a singer-songwriter in vein of Bonnie Raitt and Corinne Bailey Rae. A diverse background of music and healthy curiosity about the world has given her a sound and voice far beyond her fifteen years. She also likes to cook a great deal.
second storie} at the Market
Heather Bischoff describes her juxtaposition of strong imagery onto fabric and clothing this way: here I am; loving and hating in my world of contradictions; making clothes for you to share and wear in many places. Come see her at the second story tent…at the market!

Expert Advice from Cornell Cooperative Extension
Find helpful advice for your gardening adventures from Cornell Cooperative Extension Master Gardeners. Come see the great selection of plants, shrubs, and many flowers and learn everything you need to know to make it all grow!
The cool ,wet weather is a great time to get those perennials in the ground!! Take advantage of the rainy days now and let the sun do its magic in its own good time!!
Parking at the Market
Parking for the market has sometimes been tricky…those days are over! If you cannot find a parking spot on the street close to the market, we now have access to a huge parking lot ONE block from the market. Follow the signs to the lot on the corner of Alexander and Broadway, just on the other side of 490. If you park on Alexander, parking sides switch at between 6 and 7. When you’re done shopping, stop by the Management Tent if you need help getting all your veggies to your car! We’d be happy to help!
Our Grand Re-Opening is Coming Soon…

Plus we well hear the Old Time Tunes from the Varnish Cooks!
