Eat Local Challenge
Commit to eating 100% (or as near as you can get) local foods for a day, a week, one day per week or the whole month of September. How do we define local? Foods produced within 100 miles of your kitchen table. There are many reasons to eat local, some of which are listed on the back of this pledge form. But whether you are doing it for the earth, for the farmers, for your health, or just for fun, we encourage you to take the “local eating pledge”.
