TRU Yoga will be at the Market, an open and inviting yoga studio just around the corner in the South Wedge, has a new Beginner Yoga Series as well as flow classes to fit any level, schedule, and budget. We pride ourselves on creating a space where new students and expert yogis alike feel welcome and inspired(, and we honor the union that is yoga: body with mind, and mind with soul).
